Key Responsibilities
Assess patients' health status and needs in collaboration with healthcare teams.Utilize a systematic approach to deliver individualized, goal-oriented nursing care.Conduct thorough nursing assessments and formulate care plans.Implement care within the RN's scope, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws.Educate patients and families on health maintenance and restoration.Provide emotional support and age-appropriate care, fostering partnerships with patients.Manage care for multiple patients, delegating tasks to other team members as needed.Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing school.BSN required within 24 months for new hires after June 1, 2012.Minimum of two years of recent critical care or ICU experience required.Capability to care for ICU, PCU, and Med Surg patients.Current Texas RN license or compact license, BLS and ACLS certification required.Join a recognized volunteer community and be part of a hospital renowned for its advanced medical facilities, staffed by leading physicians.
