TouchSuite is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst - Merchant Services to join our high-impact team.

in payments risk, merchant underwriting , and fraud prevention —this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and enforce risk scoring models for new and existing merchants
- Monitor and analyze credit card and ACH fraud patterns (e.g., card testing, refund abuse, velocity spikes)
- Lead chargeback mitigation efforts (VAMP, RDR, Ethoca, Verifi, etc.)
- Manage collections strategy for unpaid fees and negative balances
- Handle KYC / KYB , ID verification (Plaid, Jumio, Onfido), and OFAC / AML reviews
- Collaborate across teams to support merchant onboarding and risk-informed growth
- Analyze MCC / NAICS codes, validate TIN / SSN, enforce underwriting policies
- Leverage tools like TSYS, Fiserv, MATCH, SQL, Python, Excel, SAS
