Job Description : - Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient care. - Engage with a diverse age group : adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. - Focus on providing exceptional outpatient therapy with an emphasis on : - Screening and building caseloads - Conducting typical evaluations and assessments - Manage a productive workflow with expectations of : - 8-10 visits per day - Operate in a business casual environment. - Utilize NextGen EHR for efficient documentation. - Skills in orthopedics are a plus, including : - Achilles Tendonitis - ACL Tear - Back Pain (Post-Operative) - Calf Strain - Disc Herniation - Fractures / Stress Fractures - Generalized Low Back Pain - Meniscus Tear - Osteoarthritis - Plantar Fasciitis - Non-surgical Rotator Cuff Intervention - Rotator Cuff Repair (Post-Operative Care) - SI Joint Dysfunction - Stenosis - Total Joint Replacement - Flexible scheduling options : - 5x8 hours or potentially 4x10 hours. - Opportunity for new graduates, but preference for candidates with 1 years of experience. - Potential for float assignments in Columbia, MO (approximately 35 minutes away). - Required certifications : BLS / BCLS. - Position needs to be filled by mid-December to ensure successful onboarding.
