DMF Lighting is a fast-growing leader in the lighting industry, always hard at work engineering what comes next.

We are looking for an experience mechanical engineer with knowledge of product design and qualification. The candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and growing engineering team with room to innovate, learn and grow rapidly.

Pay range is $70,000-$110,000 (based on skills / knowledge / experience).

Location : Carson, CA (onsite)

Roles and responsibilities

• Design residential and commercial luminaires from concept to manufacturing
• Pursue project activities and ensure on-time completion of tasks
• Qualify the products through the certification processes
• Work across sourcing, production, and quality departments to deliver products
• Identify product issues, root-cause, and drive towards a solution
