The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a motivated Business Analyst to our Group Protection InsurTech team. In this role, you will carry out the GP Strategy supporting dedicated Agile teams working on InsurTech solutions. You will consult / analyze and deliver on project specific assignments and act as a resource to applicable internal stakeholders. You will also consult and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate business solutions that meet their needs, goals, and objectives.

As Lincoln grows its forward thinking, integrated capabilities to the market we are looking for a self-driven Business Analyst who is excited to consult / analyze and deliver assignments to help drive strategic change and bring real-time API integrations and capabilities with strategic 3rd party platforms to the market. This is an opportunity to leverage your analytical, agile and problem-solving skills as part of a high-performing team.

What you'll be doing

• Develop moreplex business requirements for InsurTech solutions
• Writing User Stories for the agile teams
• Facilitate discussions for taking the requirements (user stories)
• Act as liaison between Business and IT partners ensuring clear understanding of user stories and business requirements for design
• Assist with data mapping to support requirements gathering needed for business use cases
• Determine moreplex best practices and suggest how to improve current practices
• Support Testing efforts by setting up test scenarios and coordinating with Product Owner and dev team
• Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal / external stakeholders on InsurTech solutions
• Partner with and ensure consistent / effectivemunication with agile pod and peer teams
• Identifies and rmends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality

What's in it for you :

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just oneponent of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of thepany, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
