Highlights of the Position

• Located at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center in Cortland, NY, this Advanced Practice Provider role is 100% ambulatory
• Provide evaluation and management for adult patients with common GI conditions, support longitudinal IBD and hepatology follow-up, optimize medication therapy, coordinate care, and deliver pre- / post-procedure education
• You will collaborate closely with gastroenterologists, fellow APPs, RNs, and clinic leadership within an integrated multi-specialty system
• Expect clear workflows, access to specialty resources, and a culture centered on clinical excellence and compassion every patient, every time.
