Non-QM Business Development Manager
Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is one of the largest independently owned Mortgage Banks in the nation. The company is experiencing exponential growth in 2025 and will for many years to come. We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual who can lead as Non-QM Business Development Manager to educate, train, and support our Account Executives and Brokers / Clients on PRMG's Non-QM Product offerings. This role will be focused on educating, training, and supporting our TPO sales professionals on Non-QM products, and acting as a subject matter expert on Non-QM products for PRMG's TPO brokers / clients.

Responsibilities
The Non-QM Inside Sales Support role is an integral part of PRMG's rapidly expanding Non-QM platform within the Third-Party Origination (TPO) channels, including both Wholesale and Correspondent. This individual will provide day-to-day support to Account Executives, brokers, and correspondent partners, ensuring smooth loan flow, accurate communication, and exceptional service throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate will bring 25 years of hands-on Non-QM experience, including strong working knowledge of DSCR loans, alternative documentation programs (Bank Statement, 1099, Asset Depletion, P&L), and Second Mortgage products.
Qualifications
25 years of direct Non-QM mortgage experience required.
Experience in scenario structuring or scenario desk support is a plus.
Strong understanding of Wholesale and Correspondent lending channels.
Hands-on experience with DSCR, Bank Statement, 1099-Only, Asset Depletion, P&L, and Second Mortgage programs.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Encompass and Microsoft Office Suite.
College degree preferred; High School Diploma with equivalent mortgage experience accepted.
