Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their legal team. This role is a critical part of legal operations, primarily focused on supporting litigation matters and various legal projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support in-house attorneys in managing company litigation, including :
• Maintaining the litigation docket
• Issuing and tracking legal hold notices
• Coordinating and organizing documents for e-discovery
• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical litigation files
• Assist with the preparation, filing, and tracking of court submissions
• Draft and manage engagement letters with outside counsel
• Support settlement processes and assist with accrual reporting
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Credit, Accounts Payable) to provide legal and corporate support
• Assist with special projects
• Provide general administrative support
• Serve as a collaborative team member by supporting and backing up colleagues as needed
