Director of Cloud Engineering

A company is looking for a Director, Cloud Delivery Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the platform engineering vision, transitioning to an automated Infrastructure as Code (IaC) model

Build and lead a team of platform engineers, implementing agile methodologies and fostering a culture of automation

Oversee the development of reusable IaC modules and ensure integration with enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation

Expert-level knowledge of AWS and Azure services, with experience in multi-cloud architectures

Proficiency in container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker

Experience with CI / CD tools and GitOps practices

Strong programming skills in Python, Bash / PowerShell, and YAML / JSON
