Job descriptionWe value our team members as much as our residents Quick Hiring : Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do : Maintain a safe, clean, and functional facility for residents and staff Respond promptly to service and maintenance requests from occupants Ensure all electrical systems are safe and in proper working condition Stay up to date on safety measures, including fire, carbon monoxide, and other alarm systems Perform painting, repairs, and general upkeep of the building or facility Assist in identifying and resolving maintenance issues to prevent future problems Support the overall well-being of residents by maintaining a comfortable and secure environment What You'll Need : 1-3 years prior Housekeeping, Custodial, and / or Maintenance required High school diploma or GED required Boiler's License preferred Valid MN Drivers License required Maintenance experience preferred Benefits Available To You : Part-time Employee Benefits : Paid Time Off 401k Employee Referral Program Employee and Educational Assistance Programs To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
