Job descriptionConduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Oregon, or graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program actively working toward licensure Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy education program Strong communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care Competitive pay with flexible scheduling options Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your family Company-paid life insurance with optional additional coverage 401(k) with company contributions Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement & CEUs Annual licensure reimbursement (for full-time employees after one year of employment) Unlimited employee referral bonuses
