Finance Analyst III

About This Role

CAE is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst III to support its Business Aviation Training division. This individual contributor role focuses on operational finance , with responsibilities across budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for global training centers.

The ideal candidate has :

• 6-8 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Accounting experience preferred (degree or relevant work history)
• Strong communication skills to engage with non-finance stakeholders
• High energy, maturity, and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, and HFM is a plus

Location : Dallas, TX or Montreal (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)Role Type : Individual Contributor

This role supports strategic financial planning and consolidates financial data across regions, helping deliver insights into business performance and cost management.
