Overview
The Teacher's assistant will assist in clinical courses helping students learn manual skills and clinical skills.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Assisting student with development of psychomotor skills.
- Preparing the laboratory environment with appropriate equipment and maintaining a safe environment.
- Student assessment / lab practical grading.
- Sharing clinical insights.
- Contextualizing didactic information for clinical application.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Proven effective interpersonal and conflict-management skillsAbility to take initiative in tasks that occur regularly at certain times of the year (ex : in preparation for an upcoming semester)Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues in a team environmentExperience with clinical skills and procedures being taughtMaximum Salary
