The Inside Sales and Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing sales operations and driving inside sales efforts. The position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes.

For California : Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110K and $185K per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay, if hired, will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long‑term incentive packages and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
For Colorado : Salary range for the position : $110K – $185K per year. Successful candidates may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and incentive compensation plans that may include discretionary bonus components.
