Job Details : Pay : $2480 per week

Duration of assignment : 13 weeks

Positions Open : 1

Shift :   Day

40 hours weekly guarantee

Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy for modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician

Knowledge of physical therapy machine operation, maintenance and repairs of same

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted IA License

Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

Previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy preferred

Must have at least 1 year of experience

Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
