Job Summary :

Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a School District near Panama City, FL in need of experienced School Psychologist (SSP) for a local or travel contract position starting ASAP working 37.5 hours per week for the remainder of the 24-25 School Year. The position is for In-Person only. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and prior school-based experience as a School Psychologist (Psych) is Required . The client is actively interviewing, apply today.

Job Type : Contract (W2)

School Psychologist Job Duties :

o\tConduct assessments (intelligence, achievement, functional, behavioral, social, emotional, and curriculum-based assessment)

o\tInterpret results for special education eligibility and individual educational needs

o\tProvide case management and coordination. Crisis intervention when appropriate

o\tKnowledge of state and federal legislation for disabilities

o\tCommunicate effectively both orally and in writing, with staff, students and families.

o\tLead collaboration and integration strategies.

o\tFunction as an effective member of the Multi-disciplinary Team.

o\tExperience leading teams in manifestation determinations, functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.

o\tAbility to identify individual student needs and develop effective recommendations for the multi-disciplinary team.

License - Education - Certification Requirements :

o\tMinimum of a master’s degree in a field related to school psychology

o\tNationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential issued by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP)

o\tState License and / or Educational Certification as required by state requirements
