Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead client- and grant-based systems change projects from July 2025 through January 2026. Key Responsibilities Define timelines, deliverables, and impact goals in collaboration with directors and team leads Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and manage communications around progress and priorities Coordinate internal teams and contractors, providing clarity on roles and expectations while fostering collaboration Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program management roles, ideally in non-profit or large-scale foodservice settings Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs, particularly in food systems, public health, education, or community development Proficiency with agile project management approaches and tools Comfort navigating complexity, ambiguity, and systems-level problem-solving Commitment to working collaboratively with a small team of motivated individuals
