Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for IX Square clients, managing the account lifecycle and ensuring client satisfaction
Monitor account health, proactively addressing issues and optimizing yield
Drive product adoption and upsells by understanding client needs and facilitating discussions with publisher partners
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a focus on revenue growth
In-depth knowledge of ad tech, including advertising / publisher business models and real-time bidding
Strong expertise in customer service and account management
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a technology-related field
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
