Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels Verify and prepare prescription refills, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines Provide administrative support and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes Required Qualifications High school graduate or GED equivalent Certified as a Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants or as a Registered Medical Assistant At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical office environment Knowledge of medical terminology and medications Strong computer experience, including working in Electronic Medical Records
