Required Qualifications :

Associate's Degree - Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing.

Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

1 year - LVN Experience.

6 months - Working in a clinical, patient-facing capacity on an interdisciplinary team.
