Position Overview : Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Anesthesiology CRNA to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of January 2026. Requirements

• Board Eligible
• Licensed in Wisconsin State
• ACLS Certification Required
• BLS Certification Required
• PALS Certification Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• EPIC Preferred
