Are you a senior mechanical engineer with a passion for healthcare design and a vision for leadership? An award-winning design firm is seeking a Principal-level Mechanical Engineer to drive its Healthcare Engineering practice in Northern California.

This is a client-facing leadership role that combines technical excellence with business strategy. Youll help grow the healthcare market presence, shape design standards, and lead high-impact projects that prioritize innovation, sustainability, and integrated design.

What Youll Do :

• Lead mechanical design for hospitals, ambulatory care centers, and medical office buildings
• Build and mentor a growing team of engineers and designers
• Partner with architecture and MEP leaders across the region
• Drive business development and deepen relationships with key healthcare clients
• Oversee design delivery, QA / QC, team resourcing, and financial performance
