🏥 Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Assignment

Trauma Level : 2

Location : New York (NY license or proof of application required)

Assignment Duration : 16–32 weeks

Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025

🕒 Shift & Schedule

Shift Hours :

Days : 6 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Nights : 6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Scheduling : 12-hour shifts (day / night rotation)

Rotation Schedule : Yes, varies according to department needs

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Holiday Requirement : Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas / Christmas Eve, New Year's Day / Eve)

Call : No

Block Scheduling : Not allowed

✅ Requirements

Experience : Minimum 2-3 years Respiratory Therapist experience

Specialty Experience : Minimum 2 years in neonatal / pediatric exposure or experience; NRP certification required

Licensure : NY Respiratory Therapist license or proof of application with application date included (processing takes 6–8 weeks)

Certifications : ACLS

BLS

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

EMR Experience : EPIC experience within the last 2 years (required)

Flexibility : Must be flexible with schedule, floating to hospital floors, nursery, and ER as needed
