Join our dynamic Medical Surgical team, where you'll have the opportunity to care for a diverse range of patients. You will collaborate with a variety of Aurora physicians to deliver safe, evidence-based care. Your responsibilities will include :

Assessing patient needs and implementing individualized care plans.

Coordinating discharge planning and providing patient education.

Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

This 55-bed facility in Marinette was designed with patient healing in mind. Opened in 2018, it features spacious private rooms, abundant natural lighting, and family-friendly amenities. Requirements :

Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Education Required :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Experience Required :

Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Certification Addendum :

Team members must maintain annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
