This position acts as a liaison between the PER franchise and supporters as related to the submission of grant proposals.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

• Grant Submissions
• Assist in submission of grant proposals, including review of proposal and budget
• Preparation of relevant grant documents and grantor budget templates based on individual grantor requirements
• Enter grant requests on grantor portals
• Respond to grantors' queries and requests for additional information
• Maintain and update grantor password list and disseminate to team as needed
• Administrative Support
• Update and maintain databases and grantor password list
• Communication with grantors as necessary via email or telephone
• Provide additional support to PER staff as needed
• Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work with budgets and templates
• Detail oriented

Expectation

5 days

Compensation Range :

45,000- $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
