Are you an experienced Auto Title Clerk looking to join a high-volume auto dealership? CornerStone Staffing is actively recruiting for a Title Clerk to support a large, multi-store dealership group in Plano, TX.

Compensation & Schedule

21 / hour

Monday Friday | 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Start Date : Immediate upon completion of onboarding

Role Impact

Join a thriving, multi-store dealership group and play a crucial role in ensuring all vehicle title and registration processes run smoothly. As a Title Clerk, your accuracy and attention to detail will directly support inventory turnover, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Process titles and vehicle registrations for five dealerships, ensuring compliance with state DMV regulations

Submit legal transfer documents promptly and accurately

Assign stock numbers and manage used vehicle inventory records

Prepare purchase checks and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets

Handle wholesale deal processing and monitor wholesale receivables

Verify payoffs on trade-in vehicles and ensure complete documentation

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of recent experience processing high-volume auto titles in a dealership environment

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines

High attention to detail and working knowledge of DMV regulations and dealership processes

Must reside within 25 miles of Plano, TX

Core Tools & Systems

DMV title and registration platforms

Dealership Management Systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK Global)

Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with wholesale receivables tracking

Experience handling multi-store dealership inventory

Previous exposure to high-volume vehicle processing environments
