A company is looking for a Membership Account Associate I. Key Responsibilities Manage setup, maintenance, billing, and accounts receivable for customer accounts Process member eligibility and billing updates while adhering to established procedures Engage with group contacts to enhance customer experience and resolve issues Required Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent work experience 2 years of experience in data reconciliation, member eligibility, or account management 3 years of customer service or claims processing experience Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel Experience applying mathematical concepts to practical situations
