Job Summary
Join our Ancora Family as a Home Health & Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) also called a Home Health Aide (HHA) , where you will play a crucial role ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. Our CNA Caregivers assist patients by providing personal care such as grooming and bathing, especially for those with limited mobility. They support patients in eating, monitor and report vital signs and any notable patient behaviors to the medical team. Additionally, they aid in patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds, and routinely adjust patients' positioning in bed to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort.
