Job descriptionProviders Requested : 1 Provider Type : Physician Request Type : Locum Tenens Coverage Type : Call Only EMR System : Epic Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers? : Yes Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient Inpatient / Outpatient Requirement : Yes Hospital / Surgery Center Privileges Required? : Yes Admissions Required? : Yes Temporary Privileges Available? : Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified? : Yes Patients Per Shift : 1-10 Rounding : Both Board Certification Requirement : Yes Fellowship : Preferred Minimum Board Certification : Certified License Requirement : Licensed in WI or IMLC BLS Certification Required : Yes Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days Provide on-call coverage for both outpatient and inpatient settings. Handle admissions and perform surgeries as needed. Rounding on patients in both settings. Board certification in General Surgery. Preferably completed a fellowship in the field. Must be licensed in Wisconsin or hold an IMLC license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Competitive compensation. Opportunity to work in a supportive environment.
