Amazon Leo is seeking a Learning and Development Leader to drive talent development initiatives across our Production Operations teams. This leader will be crucial in shaping the future of our workforce capabilities aligning with Kuipers mission to provide low-latency high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
The Sr. Technical Architect will be responsible for creating innovative learning ecosystems partnering with front line leaders to develop technical training plans and establishing career development frameworks that support Leos rapid growth and evolving technological landscape.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development this leader will influence Leos talent strategy and organizational capabilities. The role demands a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into learning and development initiatives that drive performance innovation and employee engagement.
As a Sr. Technical Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping Leos future workforce. Your vision and execution will directly impact our ability to innovate scale and deliver on our mission of global connectivity. You will be at the forefront of defining how a next-generation aerospace company develops talent in the age of AI robotics and advanced manufacturing.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $215100 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
