How will you make a difference
As a member of the Shuttle wagon team you will be responsible for assembling fabricated parts components or units at floor stations. You will test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. You will also use hand and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. You will be required to identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. Team members may assist less experienced team members with knowledge and expertise.

Read and follow standard work BOMs blueprints routings specifications and other diagrams / instructions in order to build and assemble parts and equipment in an accurate and timely fashionObtain necessary tools and equipmentHandle material tools and equipment manually or with jib crane performing own hitching as requiredFollows piping diagrams or other instructions to connect hydraulic / pneumatic hosing or piping accurately and timelyMaintain high quality standardsConsistently maintains level of productivity as determined by managementSpray paint parts as requiredLayout cut and fit parts as required to weld in placePrepare machinery for shippingRebuild machinery and clean repair disassemble reassemble and adjust machine as necessaryWiring Principal Duties
