We've been providing businesses and homeowners throughout Northern Virginia with professional heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services for over 20 years!

Client Services Professional

Location : Sterling, VA

Shifts :  10 : 30 AM–7 : 00 PM

Pay : $21–$23 / hr + commissions

No Scripts. No Excuses. Just CARE.

You’ll use modern CRM systems, communication platforms, and digital tools to move fast, stay accurate, and deliver a customer experience that actually feels like service — not a call center.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency

Use digital customer service platforms to document details and dispatch accurately

Leverage technology to schedule service, manage workflows, and support field teams

Ask smart questions to uncover customer needs and match them with the right services

Educate homeowners about Maintenance Plans — and earn commission when they sign up

Bring CARE to every interaction :

Curiosity — dig deeper and find the real issue

Ambition — own your goals and win as a team

Responsibility — follow through, every time

Empathy — listen first, solve second

What You Bring

Call center or customer service experience (preferred)

A calm, confident phone presence

Strong communication skills and digital literacy

Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms

Accuracy, reliability, and pride in doing things the right way

A drive to grow inside a company that invests in its people
