Role Summary

As part of the Mobile & Consumer Platform team, you will help create marketing?leading mobile applications and SDKs that offer deep and seamless integration with Rivian and VW Group vehicles. You will be a technical leader for the design, development, testing, delivery, and support of a world?class SDK and platform, working with cross?functional teams, implementing best practices, and driving excellence through clean architecture, frequent releases, proactive testing, and effective monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and testing of features for the RVT Mobile SDK, often on projects that cross engineering team boundaries.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams, including backend, QA, Product Management, and UI / UX Design.
• Automate tests and integrate with CI build pipelines to ensure high quality.
• Troubleshoot, triage, debug, and fix bugs as needed.
• Lead code and design reviews, mentor multiple engineers, and influence the teams software practices.

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for British Columbia based applicants : $137,300 $171,600 CAD. Salary Range for Palo Alto, California based applicants : $186,000 $239,300 USD. Compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

Full?time employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment; part?time employee coverage is effective on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
