Job Requirements

CNA Requirements :

• Active State of Hawaii CNA Certification
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience within the last 24 months
• Current CPR / BLS & First Aid Certification
• Valid Two-Step TB Test or Chest X-Ray (within the past year)
• Federal Fingerprint
