Senior Consultant

Job Description

• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through to detailed design including assessing local conditions and providing rate breakdowns (material, labor, plant, and productivity);
• Deliver and present updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones;
• Review proposed design changes / new technologies and prepare estimates within the appropriate accuracy levels;
• Understand design stages and estimating levels;
• Provide feasibility studies;
• Perform value engineering;
• Prepare cash commit forecasts for the entire construction lifecycle;
• Analyze labor markets and other cost drivers including unions and taxes;
• Prepare monthly presentations for Petitioner’s Clients;
• Utilize Estimating and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Software;
• Perform benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture.

Salary Range

$162,000.00 to $172,000.00 / year

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
