Job Description
- Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through to detailed design including assessing local conditions and providing rate breakdowns (material, labor, plant, and productivity);
- Deliver and present updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones;
- Review proposed design changes / new technologies and prepare estimates within the appropriate accuracy levels;
- Understand design stages and estimating levels;
- Provide feasibility studies;
- Perform value engineering;
- Prepare cash commit forecasts for the entire construction lifecycle;
- Analyze labor markets and other cost drivers including unions and taxes;
- Prepare monthly presentations for Petitioner’s Clients;
- Utilize Estimating and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Software;
- Perform benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture.
Salary Range
$162,000.00 to $172,000.00 / year

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
