About The Position

Job Title : Cardiac Sonographer

Profession : Cardiac Sonographer

Specialty : Cardiac Sonographer

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8x5 Days

Hours per Shift : Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, flexible shift times based on candidate’s availability

Experience : Minimum 1 year of echocardiogram studies experience preferred

License : RDCS or ARDMS required

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have : Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Description :

We are seeking a part-time Echo Tech to support our practice on-site.

Responsibilities include performing routine echocardiograms to evaluate different aspects of the heart, such as chamber size, valve function, and blood flow.

The technologist must review charts, explain procedures to patients, and maintain ultrasound equipment while assisting the physician as needed.

Communicates with cardiologists regarding all echocardiogram findings.

Maintains equipment, supplies, and inventory.

Assists staff with protocols and workflows.
