The RHI is an integrated surgical / cardiology practice, providing the full spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic services. It has an established, full-service cardiothoracic surgical service performing 690 open heart surgeries, 2,500 cath procedures, and 3,375 cardiac admissions.

The Institute includes a Research Foundation that actively pursues clinical research; established Structural heart program and Cardiology Fellowship, solid radiology relationship; and ongoing physician and community educational activities, the centerpiece of which is the annual Naples Cardiovascular Summit.

Will consider strong candidates out of fellowship

Requirements :

Completion of an ACGME accredited cardiovascular / heart failure fellowship

Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Advanced Heart Failure and transplant cardiology

Clinical competency and expertise in caring for patients with mechanical circulatory devices including ECMO

Clinical competency and expertise in Cardiomyopathies and interest in growing and leading a Cardiomyopathy Clinic
