About the Role

ATI is building a world-class software development team to create new and support our existing product portfolio. We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in a company with mature DevSecOps processes. This individual will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining CI / CD pipelines and automation scripts to support our transition from a monolithic application to a cloud-native architecture. The ideal candidate will also have a strong interest in cloud architecture and will play a key role in shaping our future Azure-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage DevSecOps processes, ensuring security, compliance, and automation are integrated into development workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support software development and deployment.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and security enforcement.
• Monitor and optimize build and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), or Ansible.
• Collaborate with software engineers, security teams, and architects to ensure best practices in software delivery and cloud migration.
• Assist in cloud architecture planning to transition a Windows-based desktop application into a cloud-native solution.
• Ensure security best practices are enforced in the software development lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning, dependency management, and infrastructure security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps pipeline and infrastructure issues.
