Overview
As a Senior Solution Architect, you are an integral part of TransUnion’s Customer Success Team, delivering critical services to our Strategic and Premium clients. You own the technical relationship with assigned clients, guiding them through solution architecture, onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and providing deep expertise on TransUnion’s Global Fraud Solutions services and platforms. Your role blends technical leadership with customer advocacy, ensuring our clients fully leverage our technology and achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead technical engagements across a range of industries, project types, and platform integrations; provide expert knowledge, support, and troubleshooting for our solutions and platforms.
Collaborate in the development of integration manuals, training materials, and procedures; proactively identify ways for the solution architect team to improve processes.
Deliver sales engineering support as appropriate; serve as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert, helping clients understand our systems and adopt new capabilities.
Coordinate with Customer Success Advisors to manage large and complex initiatives, ensuring successful technical project delivery.
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior teammates, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.

Pay Scale Information
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 – $120,000.00 annually. Compensation is based on education, experience, skill set, location, and other factors. Regular full‑time non‑sales positions may be eligible for a bonus plan and, in some cases, long‑term incentives.
