A company is looking for a Manager, Portfolio to support social entrepreneurs through capacity building and project management. Key Responsibilities Manage knowledge systems and create resources for internal learning and improvement Co-develop and implement training sessions and support for grantee partners Lead project management and operational support across multiple work streams Required Qualifications Commitment to social change and experience in nonprofits or related fields Experience in designing and facilitating learning conversations Advanced project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical skills for assessing situations and developing insights Relevant professional experience or advanced degree preferred
