Position Summary :

We're looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team and handle the initial underwrite of loan files. This role is key in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth flow through the underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform the initial underwrite of mortgage loan files.
• Review credit documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and communicate with team members to resolve.
• Ensure files meet compliance and company standards before moving forward.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and other departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Track and document all findings clearly and consistently.
