Management Consulting Position
Supervises and coordinates contractor activities, tasks, and services associated with interim servicing and servicing operations, ensuring compliance with requirements under the Task Order (TO). Manages the asset management function until assets are transferred, including oversight of disposition strategies and operational execution. Oversees asset reporting and case management processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all activities. Handles matters related to the repudiation or affirmation of contracts and leases, ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations. Provides regular updates to the Program Manager (PM) and Senior Professionals, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the asset lifecycle. Implements and monitors internal controls and reporting systems to safeguard assets and maintain compliance with FDIC and applicable federal standards.
Minimum of two (2) years' demonstrated experience managing assets of similar type and size as those identified in each Task Order. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field from an accredited institution, preferred. Strong knowledge of asset management principles, servicing operations, and federal financial regulations. Ability to lead and coordinate multiple tasks in a high-pressure, compliance-driven environment. Skilled in preparing and reviewing asset reports, case documentation, and operational summaries. Proficient in standardized asset management software, databases, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, staff, and regulatory bodies. Ability to interpret and implement complex policies and procedures accurately. Master's degree would be nice to have.
The annual salary range for this position is $197,000.00-$328,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
