Position Overview

As the Sales Manager you will play a key role in driving dealership performance by leading a high-energy sales team. You will coach and mentor your team strengthen sales processes and uphold the exceptional standards Walt Massey is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coach and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed goals

Implement strategic sales processes that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction

Partner with F&I Service and upper management to ensure a seamless buying experience

Maintain a customer-first culture throughout the dealership

Use CRM tools and data analytics to track and improve sales performance

Recruit onboard and train new sales staff

Create a high-energy performance-driven environment

What Were Looking For

Proven success in automotive sales management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

In-depth knowledge of dealership operations sales processes and inventory management

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Experience using CRM tools and data to guide decisions
