Advanced Practice Provider Lahey Hospital and Medical Center Endocrinology (Transitional)

The Endocrinology APP team at Lahey Hospital is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join their team. The provider will be part of an extremely collegial staff that go above and beyond to serve the patients in need. The Inpatient Diabetes Advanced Practitioner will work in collaboration with a team of APPs and attending physicians to ensure high quality and timely care for patients with diabetes at LHMC, both in the hospital and as they transition to home.

• Full time; 4 / 10 hour days
• Weekend and holiday rotation (every 6 week weekend rotation)
