POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Data & GTM Analyst is responsible for driving the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of the sales force management system across the commercial sales team. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, IT, and external vendors, this role will consolidate user requirements, coordinate project milestones, and enable data-driven go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a passion for leveraging data and technology to drive commercial results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Project Leadership : Lead the end-to-end implementation of the sales force management system. Gather and consolidate requirements from Sales and Marketing, coordinate with IT, and manage collaboration with vendor project team.
  • Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary liaison between commercial teams, IT, and external partners. Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and project plans.
  • Data Analytics & Insight : Analyze sales, marketing, and market data using Power BI and Excel to generate actionable insights and dashboards that support GTM strategies and sales team focus.
  • GTM Enablement : Develop and deliver data-driven recommendations to support commercial planning, sales execution, and strategic market initiatives
  • Monthly Reporting : Run and distribute regular monthly reports to ensure supervisors and management have accurate, up-to-date information to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and address any gaps.
  • Training & Adoption : Design, coordinate, and deliver system training to commercial users. Drive user adoption, answer process questions, and ensure best practice utilization.
  • Continuous Improvement : Monitor system usage and performance post-implementation. Collect feedback, propose improvements, and ensure that commercial objectives are met through ongoing enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, commercial excellence, sales operations, or a similar analyst / project management function.
  • Proven experience implementing CRM or sales force management systems (C4C, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong data analytics skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent business intelligence tools).
  • Demonstrated project management skills; ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for business stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in FMCG, CPG, or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in Cantonese and / or Chinese (reading and writing) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, thorough, and well organized.
