Principal System Administrator

A company is looking for a Principal System Administrator to join their IT team. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize IT infrastructure Oversee system design, configuration, deployment, and monitoring of server and storage systems Ensure robust cybersecurity practices are integrated into all system administration processes Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering Expertise in managing Windows and Linux environments at scale Proven experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Strong understanding of networking, storage, security protocols, and enterprise system monitoring
