Job Description

Join a respected healthcare facility providing nocturnist care in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role requires working full-time, seven nights on followed by seven nights off, covering the hospital floors and admissions. Enjoy working with a collaborative overnight team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities

Provide overnight hospitalist care for adult patients

Manage admissions and patient care on the hospital floors

Work alongside two other providers covering floors and the emergency department

Run codes, no procedures required due to closed ICU

Qualifications

Board Certified Physician

Valid ACLS and BLS certifications

Fellowship trained

Ability to manage ventilations and interpret EKGs and echocardiograms

Working Hours

Typical hours are 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Occasionally, shifts may adjust to 3 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM as needed

Skills

Expertise in adult inpatient care

Proficient in non-invasive ventilation management

Ability to perform and interpret chest tube and arterial line placements

Competence in interpreting EKGs and conducting cardiac stress tests
