As the Credit Card Specialist, you will be directly responsible for the administrative work to support central lending functions.
Credit Card Specialist Job Responsibilities :
- Perform any and all administrative processes as assigned in relation to any operational activities pertaining to the credit card program, including review, analysis and processor
- Conduct Credit Card trainings
- Responsible for performing audits on credit card files
- Process new and replacement credit cards with daily workflow to included name changes, credit increases, balance transfer or any credit card related issues
- Generates monthly reports of credit card maintenance and production
- Responsible for processing payments, adjustments, and overall maintenance of Credit Card portfolio
- Communicates regularly with the Credit Card vendors
- Assists with monthly audit reports
- May include inbound / outbound calling in relation to anything that supports our sales and services culture, with focus on credit card functions
