Preschool Early Childhood Education Teacher

Do you enjoy being physically active, spending time outside, and working with your hands? If so,come join our team as an Early Childhood Education Teacher. This position provides and implements a developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom experience for children enrolled in ECEAP and Head Start programs. Scheduled to work 40 hours per week with a school year schedule. General schedule is Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM with occasional after-hours events.

The starting wage and maximum budgeted wage for this position is $21.94-22.93 per hour .

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education : Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or, an unrelated field with 30 quarter / 20 semester credits in ECE related courses.

Preferred Education / Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or, a closely related field with 30 quarter / 20 semester credits in ECE related courses. One year of paid or formal volunteer / internship experience with groups of children 3 to 5 years of age in an early childhood setting.
