Unit Details : Beds : 4

Staffing : 1 RN and 1 tech per shift

Patient Ratio : 1 : 4

EMR : Meditech

Scheduling : Three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends

Floating : May float to Med-Surg / Telemetry units

Patient Experience : Requires bedside shift report, personal connection with each patient, and updated whiteboards every shift

Hospital Requirements :

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Hiring Profile

Must Have :

Stepdown, Telemetry, or Acute Care experience

Strong assessment and prioritization skills

Advanced Skills Preferred :

Cardiac monitoring / telemetry interpretation

Management of stable drips, post-op or stepdown-level patients
